Have $10: Want 5 Gig + 30 Gig Transfer

Hi all. I want to spend $10 per month on hosting but I need about 5 gig of space and 30 Gig a month of transfer.

I need to be able to host unlimited domain names.

Hosting will be for sites underdevelopment and/ or keepers like my http://www.meljr.biz site

Established company prefered.
