Lets look at the potential income umm... $0
Now take either of these numbers and multiply by 6-12 months = $0
Next subtract a bit for .net instead of .com = thats how much you will have to pay someone to take this off your hands

The only value would be for a website that only sent out 21st birthday ecards...and how do you make money from that....much too narrow a website.....did you figure out how many people do a search for "21st birthday" or "happy 21st birthday"?

I do not currently generate any traffic. I am very new to this domain world. I am deciding whether to park or develop the name. If I develop it, does anyone have any recommendations for an easy way to do that. Also, if I park it, any recommendations to earn the most revenue? (I have heard about sedo.com, goldkey.com, namedrive). If I park a domain, can I unpark and build it at any time?

For parking try Sedo.com at first they don't have any restrictions or requirements you should fulfill so you can see if you get any traffic and clicks. When you park try to optimize ( change template, picture, keywords, ... ) that suits the domain the most. If you park it you can unpark it anytime you want and then develop it as you wish.
