Hello. My domain is http://gtreviews.com/.

I have owned this domain for a little over a year and a half now (it's been a well-read car blog for the majority of its life. Although I haven't posted new content in a long while, the site gets around 300 views a week.

This is the first and last time I'm probably selling a domain, and I have little experience in this field. Can someone let me know about how much to expect on selling this?

If it gets 300 uniques a week, and it was already developed I think it will easily go for high x,xx to low x,xxx, IMO.

If you are not in a hurry to sell this, I would suggest you to hold on this for a few months, and you can easily get a high price at that time.

Why will I get a higher price in a couple months? And by how many uniques a week do I need to increase to insure a high price (within reason, of course)?
