As I am getting older I am having way and way less time and so I have decided to sell this growing community.
Please before reading any further read this:
I have the right to stop/keep the forum even if you are the winning bidder. Of course you won't be able to get it then. This is a result as I am unsure if I really want to sell this community. PLEASE feel free to post offers as I will accept them if the price is right!
Facts
This website was open awhile ago and had over 100 members in around 2 weeks. (Lack of updating and what not caused it to close down)
The site has been reopened and has been going for exactly 1 week today. The people have responded and the site has over 70 members, and 1000 posts have been made.
This website has been receieving loads of traffic over the past month. (If interested in this special offer I will show you a screenshot of the stats)
Over 130,000 hits this month alone!
Ad System
An ad system as been installed on the forum allowing you to have banner adds on the site. One located at the top and one located at the bottom. These adds are powered by PhpAdsNew. Fully automated system as well.
Clicksor adds on the site are also making a fair amount of profit!
Site Marketed
The forum has been submitted to over 1100 search engines and marketed all over the place. Around 5 sites link to us at the moment and more and more opportunites everyday!

If you look on the forums, we have many active members EVERYDAY, and many posts coming in. This forum is a perfect solution to start something huge and successful. Plus all the hard stuff is already done.
