Seems like a good "Green" name to get you started!
I think the .org fits great.

powered might hurt a little bit, but not much.

I think this would be used for the following:
High Gas mileage Cars
Hybrid Cars
Ethanol Cars
etc...

But thats just my opinion.

Ive said this 100 times before, but I think the true potential lies in development, or an enduser.

Alone, to a reseller, Id say anywhere from mid to high $xx - low to mid $xxx

Nice name for a environment friendly business directory. .org nicely fits with the name, lends it more credibility. Undeveloped worth mid $xx for resellers based on development potential imo.

This is a really good name for the extension! Green names are hard to come by these days and "Green Power" is the way things are going. I don't think it loses value because of the word powered, it infact enables multi-coverage. IMO I would say to enduser at least low $xxxx >
