I already found a couple interested buyers, but the main guy changed his mind. So I'm trying to decide if I should keep it for a while, or toss it back on the sale pile again.

The "update" in the link you provided above ... states, in part, "Sale Pending" (as of y'day at 1:30 P.M. EST, I believe). Whether or not that has consumated or not, I do not know ... but I will close this thread upon request from the thread starter if there is any new ownership, so as to avoid any potential confusion, IMHO.
