Established GreatDB - Custom Coded, Totally Unique Site! PR2

GreatDB is over a year old (domain recently renewed). It's a tool that let's you look up all kinds of information about a website in just a few seconds. It's totally custom coded and unique. The site has a pagerank of 2. It's Alexa rank has been fluctuating between 200,000 and 500,000.

However, GreatDB has had its share of downtime, around 50 out of 365 days. This was due to unreliable hosts, which I have since deserted. This means that there are some gaps filled with 0 in traffic and Adsense stats and a lower Alexa ranking.

I'm selling, because I need money for a new project.

Domain is registered at Namecheap and expires 5/28/08

Adsense stats: [when the site was 5 months old, I redesigned it and made recreated the Adsense channels, which lost a lot of the revenue stats. Really, the Adsense stats are about $200 more than in the screenshot.]
