I paid to have the script made, you will get the developers email. Any upgrades would have to be made by the developer and the buyer.

Well I don't think that this pertains to this thread at all, but to answer your question WebRocket co. owns 50+ sites and we have people who maintain and run the sites. If there is a problem with the support at customtuts I will address it. We did have our mail server take a crap a few weeks ago. Your email may have been in that mess.
