would use that domain. However, the more hits it gets, the more likely
Google are to sue you.....

Possibly. Only time will tell.
But I think the TM issues here are too obvious. IMO it's only a matter of time before you receive your C&D.
It may sound good but in my view the legal uncertainty will negatively affect the value of the name.
