TM issues - contact Google for permission before you develop it - don't move it from its default parking page (No Sedo - nothin yet)

They're gonna check the current status of the name (I submitted mine and it got 2,000 hits cause Google checked it out)- so park it back at the registrar.

Definite TM issue, Also I don't understand what kind of questions anyone would have when using google, that googe does not already have explainations for. Unless Google themself were buying this domain, I don't see any value in it, IMO.

wasistdas: It's okay as long as you contact the party before they contact you and you don't do anything with the name until you get permission.

I agree, just make sure you contact Google before proceeding with anything Google already has their own FAQs, so I really don't see what you could develop this into...

That's a good idea since I contacted google about a domain of mine (GooglePlans.com, which I dropped) and sent them several pages of detailed information about how I would explicitly state I was not affiliated with Google - unfortunately, they denied my request.

Google approved GoogleGuide.com - it's even on the "What We're Reading" list on their official blog.
