Good Tutorial

hello, i was wondering if anyone is aware of a good tutorial on how to work in flash? i want to be able to do cool stuff in flash, so i want to learn a DETAILED STEP BY STEP tutorial, and not the ones that seem to jump 3 or 4 instructions
