Single word is definitely what you want to go for with .co names, so you have that going.

Goatee isn't a terribly strong commercial term, though, and none of the other top extensions are developed into anything of note.

Could make for kind of a fun brand... and a startup on a budget could go for the .co.

I think mid to high three figures is a reasonable asking price. Just not sure I'd be willing to hold it long-term and pay those higher renewal fees.
