Tnx for info. Well I bought this domain yesterday, so I can't be responsible for previous use of this domain. All sued domains were used in bad faith. I don't use mine in this way.
Honestly, when i bought this one gmail was last on my mind

As I can see pabel decided that sued domain should be transfered to FB and Instagram.

Appraisal requests and the sale of TMed domains are not permitted on Namepros. Whilst we can't catch all TM violations this is clearly a violation of Google's trademark as it would lead to confusion between Google's TM and any company using this name and could very easily be used maliciously to profit from Google's TM. You would do well to use your grace delete period and get a refund on the name (if it was a handreg) With that, thread closed.
