Normally, the domains with a limited time spam are hard to sell but if you list it on serach engines before hand then during the event you can make easily 4-5 times of the reg fees just with the PPC.

I have 3 of such domains Grammy2005.com, FrenchOpen2005.com and Autos-2005.com. They all have made/ making good revenue.
