if you are serious about your business it isn't pricy. German directories are in my opinion better than the english one....less spammy and more professional. IF you r site has a german version yes it is best to be write the description and keywords in german because that will help a lot with the approval and besides the only thing that matters is the title which should be your main keyword that you want to rank high for.
