As a history buff, I couldn't resist picking this up recently. I'm looking at a lot of options for development, and all ideas along with appraisals are appreciated. Here are some stats:

Traffic is 100+ uniques/day currently (rev approx $1/day)
OVT w/ext 77
OVT George Washington 82,218 (and more related e.g. George Washington University 32,631)

Thanks, RF %%-

If a site gets 100+ Uniques per day that adds value to it right away. George Washington is famous and he has many fans.

HIGH $XX + imho

Great name great stats great potential !!!
I'm new at appraisals but that's my 2 cents worth! First appraisal is yours!

It grabbed my attention straight away!
Maybe this is why your view rate will get higher too!
We'll see anyway.

My first appraisal: undev.lo$XXX's - mid$XXX's --- dev.lo$XXXX's - HIGH$X,XXX
.net is still a good extention.

Phew... there you go mate!

Good luck with the name... I think it's a gem so far! :gn:

I like the name very much and would think that it could fetch XXXX just for the name alone.
