I've sold a couple of .cc names in the past from a portfolio for 70+ names for $320 to a single name for $1000 so it's not a completely dead extension. However they were very strong single words that would make good brands. I feel like your keyword isn't super strong so of it were my name I'd be happy to sell it for $250 or there abouts.

I did not say its impossible, but if you are after $250 at best in domaining, you will most likely get nothing.
