GD image support install???

ok first im not sure if this is the right place for this, but it seem like the best place

i need to instal GD image support on to my apache websever i have running on my computer, but i have no idea how or what i need....

can some one point me in the right direction or lend a hand, thanks

Go in your php.ini and uncomment the gd2.dll
