Wow, that is a tight little niche.
I doubt that many people are searching for that / those.
The example you gave is where an ID firm used it as a brandable name, and branded it.
Sadly, the .net is not nearly as brandable, now that someone has branded the word already.
IMO the value is RegFee to $xx (end user).
