I am not a legal specialist, so I won't give my input regarding TM. But certainly, Spots in plural decreases the value even though; I would not be surprised to see some misleaded traffic that meant to visit gamespot and visited gamespots instead. However other than that the development potential can be tricky to maintain a site in line with gamespot.com which is very popular.

I am not a legal guy, but yes I think it's a TM. anyway I am leaving this for the experts to judge. :tu:
