Unless the NON-hyphenated is developed (a potential suitor, tailor-made), or you're planning on developing this one as is ... $0.00 - Reg. fee+ in the Wholesale arena, IMHO.

chears for your responce i think id best develop it then and sell aftewards
the non-hyphenated site was develpoed and used to gt alot of trafic ( i knew the guy) but it is currently up for sale (i think)

you got any suggestions on domain names to buy?
or types of names to go for?
tried to get a few Rooney names lately (all gone lol)

Well, the hyphen will help on Search Engine traffic, but there really isnt a wholesale market for the domain. Nick, your best bet is to develop the website and then consider selling it once its estabalished.
