a very lucrative keyword it is. Further more it is a typo of .in indian domain extension.

But Anyway. Exellent Keyword. Good Name "Games".
One Of The Most Search For Words On The Internet.

If You Maybe Got An Arcade Site On The Domain + Got It Active It Would Increase The Value.
As It Is Now I Would Say Asking For high $xxx - med $x,xxx.
But Thats Only Because I Am Not Sure Of The .Im Extension Market.

sure, and ext could be a type.. after all you have to type it in your browser's address bar along with the rest of the domain name.

Thanks for lookin by logik and kubativity, logik yes .im is not typo, since m and and n are neighbours there is high probability that some .in traffic come to my .im domains.
Any more appraisals please ?

Games is a great keyword, I own lol.im. Not too sure of the value but I think you should be able to get atleast low $XXX
