For this one you would do well to put up a site with links to various casino ads and gambling sites online. That way the name would give more of the impression of being a link-farm for such venues. Short of doing that, it will be tough to go beyond a buyer's blind offer which would likely center around 20-30 bucks, if that.

The main key is locating the right interest for any domain really. But with so many gambling and casino sites out there, that one stands little chance of distinguishment honestly (imo). Keep developing your ideas though. The gambling industry will never die it seems (especially online).

ps- gambling is a magnet keyword to be sure

too many competitive gambling sites out there to make this domain count at its full potential. i'd rate it at a healthy $xx due to the .net and the non-convincing name/word combination...sry
