g**gle has finally updated my links, I now have 1580!
Can't wait to see what's in store for my site during the next pr update...

I see the Google links of 123 Cheats are the same for both however.. I dont know why.

As for increasing PR, all you need is backlinks, backlinks and still backlinks.

So I am on the right track with the Page Rank then, well I got a PR5 now with 23900 or so backlinks. So if I double that, I'll get a PR10 maybe !

It's not your toolbar, but google itself that's whack..

Haven't been a real PR update in three months now..
Some of the links in the google directory shows an updated PR, but no one really knows how "old" that PR is..

Maybe (visible) PR is gone forever.....

My understanding of Google's PR is that it's not just the volume of links that counts but the quality of links.

You can have 1,000's of links from sites with low PR or unrelated sites and your PR will still be low. Getting links to your site from other sites with related content & high PR will improve your site's PR

Apparently the PR shown in Google's Directory is more current than what the toolbar indicates.

Link exchanging is a very simple concept. Say you have game site, and you want to increase your linkpop, or whatever. What you do is go to another game site, or a website that has relevant content to yours.. doesnt have to. You email the website, requesting a link exchange/partnership or more commonly know as an affiliation.

Once you have sent the email, and if you get a reply, accepting the partnership/affiliation. You add their link to your page, main, links, or every page up to you. I personally add to every page and expect my affiliate to do the same.

They would do the same. That way you get increased link pop, traffic from clicks through from their website, and increased search engine rankings, especially if you use targetted links.

For example, affiliates of mine, are placed at the bottom of the page : http://www.123cheats.net/ , I have quite a few of them. Alot dont send much traffic, but they do increase my link pop alot.

That site is spyware and shit. Why cant people run normal sites.

Its not spyware, and it definitely isnt 'shit' I do run an ActiveX ad on it, if you want to go to any of my other websites just to go CodesCodes.com, an improved version of 123 Cheats without the ActiveX. Or even Game-Cheats.us. But the website is far from 'shit'.
