Fuel a Holics - meaning people addicted to fuel. It is quite topical considering COP15 just finished. You could stick up a "green" blog or "green" links and perhaps links to alternative energy and biofuels. I think you could turn the domain into something attractive if you work on the content and SEO, then sell it on flippa.com as a going concern.

Not sure you would get a lot for it without development unless you were able to pitch it directly to environmentalists.
