Recently picked this lovely domain up in the NP$ auction center.

What do you think of its value? The .com version is a recognized developed site.

I'd say high xx to low xxx if you develop it. Layouts always have been and always will be popular for those folks who're too lazy or too unskilled to do their own layouts for a page.

Because of the .org, the name fits perfectly as a free layout site. Just download a turnkey script and promote it a bit With about 500 uniques a month, my guess at the value is ~ $200.
