Nice Grab! 51 Backlinks is a great start, lots of advertisments for the term. No overture searches, but would be great for any debt service. Not sure what to put for a price, but good luck with the sale. One other downfall....

I would say midxx to high xx resale. IMO. Much more to an end user.
