Therefor considering all value(s) in mind, I would suggest it's price at $23.00 minimum for a name like that.

You might want to try and get those to add to the value of your name, if you own the others, selling them in a package might raise your potential value score to $50 probably IMHO.

Only the .Net .Org and .Com though okay? Don't go buying the others or you'll be wasting your money.
