I have just finished making a free web-based proxy service. You can access it here: http://bypassbrowser.com. With it you can:

Surf anonymously
Bypass firewalls and access blocked sites at work, school, etc.
Remove ads from sites

Just used it to view a link that's blocked out. And it works like a charm!

The best part is I don't have to uncheck some boxes like other free proxys
make me do.
