I found a freeware tool called Wink. Its a tutorial/demo creation tool. You can use it to teach people how to use various software applications.

It can export in flash, exe and pdf.

Yeah! Some of these demo makers are a right rip off. Wink has most of the important features that the paid ones have but is FREE!!! Saved me splashing out loads of cash anyway.
