It is old, that is true, but still one of the largest script sites out there if not the only largest one.

I'm normally downloading only php scripts from there and testing on my local server to help find bugs and such.

And of course to find some decent php based browser games, which some on there are quite fun. :D

[newsiness]

It is good to post it again. Many newbies still unaware of this site.

It is a great website, i use it whenever i am looking for a readymade CMS for my web projects and it have always been good with me :D

Nice share, many people in here don't know about such sites.

I used to go to this website all the time and search for so many scripts. I think everyone knows about this website.

The PHP Resource Index

That's even older and pretty good as well.

I think hotscripts is overrated tbh

SourceForge.net: Find and Build Open Source Software

Welcome to freshmeat.net | freshmeat.net

[labrocca]

Sourceforge is definitely a great place but there are too many dead scripts that aren't not actively developed. Some don't even have files.

[mwzd]

Yeah but signup and configure a filter and you're set to find the best free software in the world.

Php Resource Index is good too.
