Very much agreeed. Your initial post does clearly state that the first to post sold can have it. As long as DomainBlasters has a use for it as you posted, he should recieve the domain.

Edit:

It looks like the "MUST HAVE A USE FOR THE DOMAIN NAME" was added after the post by DomainBlasters, so DB doesn't really need a use.

And I could use it for a Kansas City Royals (baseball site)
