How do I get a WebMeetMe account?

Simply Sign Up with your email address. We will email you the instructions for getting access to your personal conference number as well as our web interface for managing the conference. We will not sell access to your email address as covered in our Privacy Policy.



What’s the catch?

There is no catch! There are no advertisements, no quality issues, no hidden fees, no sales pitches, no contracts, no purchases required, no privacy problems, no limitations or restrictions, and no surprises.



What are the costs?

Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from WebMeetMe.com for this service.



Is there a limit on how many calls I can make?
You may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of access codes if you feel it necessary.



How many callers can be in a single conference?
The maximum is 50 callers for your default conference. Through our web interface, you can setup a conference with up to 256 concurrent callers. There is no required minimum number.



Is there a limit on the length of a WebMeetMe call?
There is no limit to the length of the call. Call as long as you want, as often as you wish.



Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer?
No! We commit to keeping this service free.



Are you going to sell my email information?
No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the web site and the services being offered. (Read our Privacy Policy)



Can I use a calling card to call the conference bridge?
Yes.You may also use 10-10-### services to connect at favorable rates.



Can international callers participate?
Anyone who can dial a US telephone number should be able to dial a FreeConferenceCall™ number.



Is this a VoIP service or an Internet service using my computer?
No, this is a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.



How many conferences can be stored for one Access Code?
Currently the system keeps only the most recent recorded conference. So if you start your recording a new conference, you effectively delete the previously stored conference.
