DevCamps.com is solid - the best of the 3. It would be better if you also had DevCamp.com I (and you or your prospective buyer) will always worry about successfully branding this site to only lose some traffic to the alternate "s" or non-"s" site name.

Summary:
FragOff.com - $50-100
QuoteLoop.com $100-200

DevCamps.com - $100-200 if no site behind it. If you even went so far as building even a basic blog allowing people to post Development Camps as well as summarize events on your new blog......
1) You could build up traffic
2) You may be able to sell ad spots on said blog if you get enough traffic

It would take a fair amount of work - but could quickly get you an additional ZERO added to the end of the appraised value.
