I have too many things going on in my personal life to really put time and effort into this site, so I'm offering a quick and fast sale of the forum and both domain names. I have put almost zero effort into promoting it, however seeing as how mtv's the real world is the original and still one of the most watched shows, this has a TON of potential to it.

If you need hosting, it can stay where it currently is on my host for $5/month (I'll provide contact info for them for serious offers and of coarse after the sale)
