Well, I like this type of portmanteau, I've sold some and I'm currently selling vanatical.com (van and fanatical). As keywords they have almost no value as they will almost certainly have no searches and no traffic, but these are all about development and/or selling to someone who sees the brand potential. Hard to put a price on them, certainly not reg fee (I am biased!). You need to develop or get someone to fall in love with it. It's clever, because it puns 'for insurance' - 'that's what the sites about', and 'for sure insurance' - 'you will get the insurance you want here', so I like it. Even if you get mid $xx for it, it's a simple and satisfying return for a creative act, which is of course what you have to be with .coms nowadays. You just have to get the right end-user.
