I have a few 4 word domains but in those cases two of the words are location.

Four words will kill you unless they are the natural and best / only words to describe the site, but "foreclosure home for sale" is not natural at all.

Your only market for this domain is others who think a jumble of words without consideration of grammar or context has value - which usually means putting it up here for auction starting at $1 and get one or two bids if you're lucky.

If you were a working member of the foreclosure industry, you could develop this domain and make some extra sales from those 170 exacts.
But if you wanted to put in the effort to build up a site, you would want a better name to match your efforts.

I could reg shorter names, with more exacts all day long.
