Well, unfortunately it's not easy to sell hosting templates. They are literally EVERYWHERE. Infact, web hosts are so abundant these days that I come across a few new ones every day.

It's a nice template though, $80 is a bit pricey (Take it down to $30-40 and you might have some takers). There are big sites like templatesbox.com and templatemonster.com that sell for less.
