Can you make a custom VB forum skin for my site http://stateexams.org, and how much? i don't have the forum there yet, but am thinking of buying a VB license if I can get someone to help me create a nice theme.

Pick any theme you wanted converted vbulletin and tell me how you want it coded like and i will tell you the price..
