Flash-O-Rama

Hi, my name is Jim and I have been experimenting with Flash animations and web design for the past few years. I have been considering trying to get into regular graphic design. I was wondering if some people could look at my Flash portfolio and give me some feedback on my abilities and where they might stand in the regular graphic deisgn market. Also, maybe some advice on how to make the transition. I am currently working on a full grpahic design portfolio that includes more than Flash. Thank you.
