i started an arcade site with a turnke.

To adding game i normaly go to website that allow to download that games but i saw in alof of arcade sites that use games that are not dowlodable from the website?.

They take from the source code? it is legal or allowed?
what happen if it are toke?

or is legal to put this games into your site because their site appears in the flash game?

All games are properties of their respective owners, I have never heard of anyone doing legal issues due to 'theft' of a flash arcade game.

well you could ask the owner if you can, just give credit and i don't think they'll care.

I dont think its legal to use html code that includes flash games that are hosted on someone elses site because it wastes their bandwidth.
