fiverr alternative

All my attempts to get some decent coding done on fiverr, fail miserably. Is there something like fiverr for coders? I'm always needing snippets of code to fix/enhance my few websites. I'm usually wanting php/css/mysql code inserted (and running) on my domains.

I get that, thanks. But minor corrections aren't worth that much to me. Of course I'd pay more for more serious projects. I'm not talking of big projects here.
