Feedback on a new web design compay

Well first of all, a little bit on information about this company -
ADwd designs was founded in 2003 by Andrey on Israel, so its not a new company, but its new here on the board.

I would like to here some feedback on some of the web designs presented on the site. The web designs are in Hebrew, but of course it's no problem to change to English.

its looking pretty good I think you should add a background image or something instead of it being plain white.

When the mini pics of the sites load, they're like 140kb, you might wana sort that, but the site itself is nice.

Buttons don't work. Site is well done I have to say. Abit of the links also don't work.. The colors are good. The design itself is comprasible. 7/10

Great Design but too heavy graphics. You may need to shrink the graphics size

Very nice...fitting for a web design service. But it doesn't need as much graphics on the home page...i'd put some of the stuff on a different page to hasten download.

Yes I know, the company is an Israeli company as I said before, this English version is temporary and soon all of the pages will work.
