Feedback Form

Hi
can anyone please tell me how to program a feedback form in Microsoft Frontpage so the mail is sent directly to my email address and will i need php on asp script to make it
I have tried hotscripts but they are all too complecated and if i make changes in feilds such as add some more coloumns such site etc, they dont work!
So i'd prefer to make one my self

You need a web hosting account with FrontPage Extentions for mail.

I have got a good hosting and the only thing i need to know it what i have posted above!

From what I understand, a simple PHP mail form would do the job just fine

PHP is very easy to learn and install and tutorials are extremely easy to find on the internet. Do a search on Google for "PHP mail form tutorial" and you should be able to simply customize it to meet your needs.

i remember somebodt posting an exteremely simple one there a while back.
