Reg. fee's+/- (domain names), IMHO ... possibly more if developed. Will depend on the content, consistent and documented traffic, member base, niche, sales or revenue potential ... impossible to say at this time.
What is your overall concept here with "T9", if you can share trade secrets?

I would also say around $regfee for all of them as of now Dan. It will definitely be worth more as your concept matures!
