Expand a div 100% height of page

If you look at the following page, you will notice that the bg of the content div will not expand the height of the page. I need to fix this:

height = 100% doesn't work. You'll have to do something like making the content area background load in the first div then lay everything else over the top of it. I take a look at it and see if I can't come up with the fix.

Resolved:

I had to remove the height attribute and set float to left
