Anyone here using ExitJunction.com? They keep harassing me to sign up and I can see how the money could pile up with some very high traffic sites, but the question I have - do they pay well? And does it only display on the first back button press - i.e. - if someone is now four or five pages deep on your site and then presses the back button for the first time, do they get the exitjunction ad?
