Looking to sell this one to get some funding for other projects. Wanted to see what you guys felt was a fair market value if I aggressively tried to sell it - as well as what I might get if I was willing to hold it for the right buyer.

Zero unless you can document that it has traffic or some other unseen value. Since I suppose you mean "ex-girlfriends," I would try harder to find other, better possibilities. Even then (with a better name), you'd probably need to develop for value.
