few ppl may remember that several month before, i post a thread here tell you, about the .cn promo price 0.15USD.

After several month, I got a great deal of spam complaint related with .cn everyday. Also, some domain itimating.

A lot of domain registered with invalid contact information. Coz they register these domain with some kind of software. They can register 3900 names, in 10 days.

Then
MOST EVIL things happened, CNNIC will charge 5000RMB for each domain which contains invalid contact information, just cost 1RMB to Registrar.

We may pay millions of penalty for CNNIC's fool promotion.

I've nerver heard about this in China.Where did you get the information?
Any official news from CNNIC?

The penalty is to reigstrar, not regitrant.

How they can let public know such information??

I'm sorry about this mishap. Are you a CNNIC reseller? Who registered the 3900 domains? Interesting when I looked CCNIC on google, dispute resolution pages were the first and most pages brought up.. Strange, thanks for the warning. Hopefully there is something you can do.
