I've ordered from them before for .dk and .se domains. No one's authorized to receive .eu preorders yet, so that part is bogus. Could be legit, but it could also be a way for them to identify the most valuable .eu keywords, IMO.

Yes, according to Italian Institute for Information Technology (IIT) the .eu domains will be available by the end of the year.

it is definately coming out. No set date yet.
We cant even have our TM guaranteed yet.
We were told that others would be able to reg names after a certain period.
The certain part is scary...
